FEICOM

Innovations at FEICOM

Within the framework of its strategic repositioning, FEICOM has embarked on research and innovation with a view to implementing actions which contribute to the renewal of the services offered to RLAs, on the one hand, and promoting the development of living environments adapted to the well-being of populations. This desire has been reflected in the creation, during the recent revision of the internal organization chart, of the Research, Development and Innovation Unit (CRDI) which is responsible for contributing to the promotion and development of innovative projects that contribute to the development of sustainable cities in Cameroon but also to the improvement of the organization’s performance. The goal here is to strengthen FEICOM’s leadership position in the local development sector.

Presentation of CRDI

CRDI is designed to be a laboratory for innovative solutions, primarily for the benefit of RLAs and then of the organization. To this end, it reports hierarchically to the Department of Engineering of Regional and Local Authorities’ Development Projects (DIPDCTD), which is responsible for designing and financing projects.
