The low-income councils support window
Low-income Councils are Councils whose aggregate ACTs and other CTSEs and/or self-generated revenues contained in the administrative accounts for the last three years are the lowest.
The financing of the projects of low-income Councils is structured as a solidarity contribution of 100% of the cost of the project.

The list of low-income Councils is drawn up and communicated at the start of each budgetary year by FEICOM’s Board of Directors

Projects that fall within the local economic development window and the functioning support window shall be excluded from the projects of low-income Councils
The total funding available to each low-income Council during a single budgetary year shall not exceed CFA francs 200 million.
