This project, which comes under the second phase of the Municipal Housing Construction Programme (PCCM II) implemented in collaboration with the Cameroon Housing Loan Fund, consists of two blocks of two type T2 housing units and one block of two type T3 housing units. It is located in the administrative neighbourhood, between the Divisional Office and the Technical High School located in that locality
