Standard plans for Reading and Cultural Animation Centres (CLAC)

We hereby present to you some models of the standard plans for Reading and Cultural Animation Centres (CLAC) approved during the workshop chaired by the Minister of Arts and Culture on 27 June 2024.
The promotion of culture and literature is a major development issue. Indeed, FEICOM supports, both within itself and within RLAs, numerous projects aimed at disseminating arts and supervising artistic creation and reading.
The CLACs presented are multi-purpose spaces for promoting books, reading and cultural animation. They are designed to be places for the expression of thought, creativity and awakening for our children.
These standard plans will encourage local elected officials to focus on culture as a vector of social inclusion, the development of the population and the strengthening of the capacities of the youth of our communities.
