On 11 March 2026, a delegation from the National Archives of Cameroon led by Mrs. Lukong Ernestine, DGA visited FEICOM Limbe to audit and evaluate its archives system.
She was accompanied by Mrs. MAMBOK Marie Jeanette (SDCDA) and her colleague Yuven Evans.
The CRA introduced the meeting while outlining the process of archiving in the Agency.
The delegation observed how staff interact with the archives system, reviewed existing archival practices, and provided guidance aimed at improving the practice. The processing of documents, classification, conservation, and circulation to strengthen archival management was the principal focus.
The working session ended with data collection and Constitution of the vocabulary while the CAR pledged to take necessary steps for the improvement of the overall archiving process in the Agency.
